1st Vice President
Daniel K. Williams has been involved with Footlighters since 2020 and joined the board in 2022 where he currently serves as First Vice President. During his time at Footlighters, Daniel has directed The SpongeBob Musical, Assassins, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, and The Rocky Horror Show. He has also assisted in various ways with the productions of Meteor Shower (props), The Last Flapper (production assistant), Eurydice (scenic artist), and August: Osage County (producer/set design/props).

Bill Gilbertson has been a member of Footlighters Theater since 2017. Footlighters performances include Parade, The Bad Seed, Moon Over Buffalo, Macbeth, Meteor Shower (director), Broadway in Berwyn Christmas, Monster, Disaster and the upcoming Once Upon A Mattress (director). In 2019 he was elected to the board as Treasurer.

S ue Scott arrived at Footlighters 15 years ago with her daughter, Abby, and husband, Danny, and quickly joined the ranks of devoted Footlighters volunteers. Her initial roles were all performance related but since producing her husband’s original musical about community theater (“Places!”) she now spends most of her time behind the scenes as producer, front office team member, fundraiser and board member. Sue created and produces Footlighters annual fundraiser “Broadway in Berwyn”. In addition to other non-theater volunteer gigs, Sue works full time for SEI Investments.

Michael Roche (SAG/AFTRA) received a Musical Theater degree from CUA, a Masters in Theatre from Villanova University, and has appeared in commercials, film and stage productions. Michael directed/filmed/edited the Grammy nominated band Bowling For Soup’s official music video “Getting Old Sucks”. His musical Monster: A Musical (Footlighters Theatre) was nominated for BroadwayWorld Philadelphia Awards 2022 - Best New Play or Musical. Michael’s play Arnold Dinglemeyer appeared in the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, then adapted as a webisodes. He illustrated the children's book Zimba: Believe. Currently Michael is working on a musical using the songs of Bowling For Soup and The Dollyrots, a Board Member of Footlighters Theater, and a co-Founder of the “Back At Home” project.

Lyndsay Varsaci Spaziani majored in Vocal Performance at West Chester University and enjoys performing classical, opera, jazz, and musical theater repertoire. She has been active in the arts as a performer and as a former board member of Bravo Theatre Company and The Brandywine Singers. Roles most recently played have been Lucy in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, Pearl in Spongebob the Musical, Little Red in Into the Woods, Rose Maybud in Ruddigore, The Fairy Godmother in The True Story of Cinderella, Amahl in Amahl and the Night Visitors, and Svetlana in Chess as well as Sister Robert in Nunsense. She has performed as a soloist in such works as Handel's Messiah and Judas Maccabeaus, Orff's Carmina Burana, and Vivaldi’s Gloria. Lyndsay enjoys her career as a professional church soloist & choir leader at First Presbyterian Church in West Chester as well as teaching private voice lessons in her studio. During the day Lyndsay is employed at Breakwater Accounting in the Operations and Recruiting teams.

Karen Dixon (she/her) is excited to be a new member of the Footlighters board! She lives in Downingtown with her husband, 3 kids and her dog Lulu (the queen of the house). She works professionally as a health and wellness instructor but her passion lies in the theater. Karen has been involved in numerous Footlighters productions as both actor and choreographer and is hopeful to be in many more to come.
